Hello Everyone! At FancyStyles Boutique, we are progressing to year #5. I thought it would be great to start doing monthly newsletters to keep you all in the now with our products, events and also provide tips when it doesn't only come to fashion but also health being a top priority and many other things. It seems like yesterday when we were setting up at the parks, but now we have our headquarters and community. We couldn't have made it this far without all of you. So here is our first newsletter starting now.

Burnout is a three-component syndrome that arises in response to chronic stressors. These stressors can include Exhaustion, Cynicism, also called depersonalization and Efficacy Refers to feelings of incompetence and a lack of achievement and productivity.

Now that we've identified Burnout. What are some ways one can achieve to prevent Burnout?

Prioritize self-care

Prioritizing good sleep habits, nutrition, exercise, social connection, and well-being, like meditating, journaling, enjoying nature and ones hobbies.

*Managing your time

*Finding solutions to improve problems

*Directly Assigning tasks to others who can help

*Connecting with others

*Practicing meditation

*Participating in leisure activities

*Talking with a mental health professional if needed

Set boundaries

Setting boundaries at work, in your social life, or with family, knowing your limits can help you protect your mental health.

*Clearly and firmly communicate your needs with others.

*Give yourself permission to say no.

*Create time limits for yourself.

*Give yourself permission to take a break.

When life feels overwhelming due to chronic stress from work and personal responsibilities, it can be natural to experience burnout.

Taking steps to cope with stress and exhaustion can get you back on a path to feeling better and performing at your best.
